Final Sales Policy
Once an order confirmation is sent or payment is completed through our website, all sales are considered final. Cancellations are typically not permitted.
Standard Refund Practices
Online courses sold on GuruSchools and its sub-domains generally do not qualify for refunds. However, if a course features a Money-Back Guarantee, specific conditions must be met to claim it:
Completion of IT Training: The trainee must complete the full course and secure a certification from GuruSchools.
Resume Building: Participation in our resume preparation program is mandatory.
Vendor & Client Interview Preparations: The individual must attend all preparation sessions provided.
Six-Month Work Tenure: Successful placement and completion of six months of work are required before initiating a refund request.
GuruSchools upholds such commitments as applicable at the time of purchase.
Special Refund Conditions
Duplicate Purchases:
If a customer accidentally purchases the same course twice, they may notify us within 2 days of purchase. Upon verification, a refund may be processed.
Wrong Course Selection:
If a student selects an incorrect course while making a payment, they may inform us within 24 hours. In such cases, the fee may be adjusted toward another course of choice rather than refunded in cash.
Exceptional Cases:
For unforeseen circumstances, customers are encouraged to write to inquiries@guruschools.com detailing the issue. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at GuruSchools’ sole discretion.
Refund Deductions
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions, including promotional discounts, cashbacks, administrative charges, and applicable taxes.
